So we decided the World deserves a better IDO launchpad. Suffice it to say, our beloved competitors already pawed our road. However, Steve Jobs did not invent the smartphone (meet ), and Elon Musk did not invent Tesla (meet ), nor EVs (meet from 1832). And yes, these are just historical facts. So please avoid reading them as our pretense to be the reinventors of IDO launchpads.

Nevertheless, Jobs created a device with outstanding customer friendliness (as of 2007) and a revolutionary App Store for developers venturing into this new ecosystem. On the other hand, Musk once send Bitcoin 26% down with just a tweet.

We describe our business model below, and it's pretty straightforward. Projects willing to collect financing via Scaleswap apply for IDO on our platform via the dedicated . Our deal flow team carefully analyses incoming applications and shortlists projects with the highest potential for further due diligence (DD) and evaluation.

Our due diligence process aims to assess the quality of the projects and the balance between risks versus potential. We are implementing all this to maintain the highest quality of deal flow and bring the best deals to the Scaleswap community, ensuring that our IDO backers’ portfolio has excellent mid and long-term performance.

If the Sourcing Circle approves the project — its team becomes Fundraisers. Our framework allows fundraisers to create smart contracts, thus funding a new swap pool. We have two types of swap pools:
